3rd Grade Teacher (25-26)
Certified teacher for the 25-26 school year.

Duties
Teaches District approved curriculum.
Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
Plans a program of study, employing a variety of instructional techniques and instructional media, that meets the individual needs, interests, and abilities of the students.
Creates a classroom environment that is conducive to learning and appropriate to the maturity and interests of the students.
Takes all necessary and reasonable precautions to protect students, equipment, materials, and facilities.
Assists the administration in implementing all policies and rules.
Encourages students to set and maintain standards of classroom behavior.
Guides the learning process toward the achievement of curriculum goals and, establishes clear objectives for all lessons, units, projects to communicate these objectives to students.
Assists in diagnosing the learning disabilities of students, with the assistance of district specialists.
Evaluates academic and social growth of students, keeps appropriate records and prepares progress reports.
Maintains accurate, complete, and correct records as required by law, district policy, and administrative regulations.
Remains available to students and parents for education-related purposes outside the instructional day, such as parent teacher conferences.
Performs all other duties reasonably related to position as may be assigned by Building Administrator or Superintendent
Qualifications
Hold an IL Professional Educator License (PEL) for elementary education as required by the State.

Assistant High School Baseball Coach
Location: Fisher Jr/Sr High School
Position Type: Extracurricular
Reports To: Head Baseball Coach, Athletic Director
Job Summary:
Fisher Jr../Sr. High School is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Assistant Baseball Coach to support the Head Coach in all aspects of the high school baseball program. The ideal candidate will possess a strong passion for teaching the fundamentals of the game, helping student-athletes develop both on and off the field, and fostering a positive, competitive team culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Head Coach in planning, organizing, and conducting practice sessions.
Support team strategies, drills, and player development during games and practices.
Help with the development of individual players' skills in a variety of positions.
Provide leadership and mentorship to student-athletes, encouraging their academic and athletic growth.
Attend all practices, games, and team events as required.
Assist in the management of team equipment, uniforms, and logistics.
Ensure that players adhere to school policies, team rules, and codes of conduct.
Help scout and evaluate opponent teams and provide feedback to the coaching staff.
Maintain open communication with the Head Coach, Athletic Director, and parents regarding the players' development and team needs.
Contribute to the overall success of the high school athletic department and its programs.
Qualifications:
Previous coaching experience
Strong knowledge of the game of baseball, including techniques, strategies, and rules.
Ability to communicate effectively with student-athletes, coaches, and parents.
Commitment to the academic success and personal development of student-athletes.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a passion for mentoring young athletes.
Ability to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate practices, games, and team activities.
Must pass a background check and complete any necessary coaching certifications or training as required by the school district.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience playing at the high school or collegiate level.
CPR, First Aid, and AED certification.
